Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data Formier collects, why we collect it, and how you can control it. The short version: we collect what we need to run the product, we never sell data, and lead data your qualifiers capture belongs to you.
Who we are
Formier (“we”, “us”) provides software that lets businesses create interactive lead-qualification experiences and collect leads through them. For data your qualifier collects from your website visitors, you are the data controller and Formier is a processor acting on your instructions.
Data we collect from account holders
- Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).
- Organization details you provide: business name, industry, website, brand assets such as logos and colors.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Product usage: pages visited inside the app and actions taken, used to improve the product.
Data your qualifiers collect from visitors
When a visitor completes a qualifier, we store their answers, contact details they submit (such as name, email, phone), and context such as referral source and UTM parameters. This data is stored on your behalf, shown only inside your dashboard, and never used by us for advertising or sold to anyone.
You can delete lead data at any time from your dashboard, and it is removed from our systems.
AI features
When you use AI writing features, the business context and draft text you provide are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate suggestions. Anthropic does not train models on this API data. Visitor contact details are never sent to AI providers.

Cookies
We use essential cookies only: authentication session cookies for the app. Marketing pages do not use tracking cookies. Embedded qualifiers do not set cookies on your visitors' browsers.
Data retention and deletion
Account and lead data are retained while your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 90 days so you can export or reactivate, then delete it. You can request immediate deletion by emailing us.
Your rights
You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you have additional statutory rights (access, portability, erasure, objection); email us and we will honor them within 30 days.
Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we will email account holders and update the date at the top of this page.
