Terms of Service

Formier provides tools to build, publish, and embed interactive lead-qualification experiences, and to collect and manage the resulting leads. We may add, change, or remove features over time; if we remove something material to you, you can cancel and receive a prorated refund for unused time.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One organization per subscription unless your plan says otherwise.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Trials convert to paid automatically unless canceled before the trial ends; we email you before that happens. You can cancel at any time from settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

If you are unhappy in your first 30 days of a paid plan, email us and we'll refund you in full.

You own everything you create in Formier and all lead data your qualifiers collect. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display that content to operate the service. You can export your data at any time.

You are responsible for how you use lead data — including complying with applicable privacy and marketing laws in your jurisdiction, and for any consent or disclosure required from your visitors.

• No unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent content.
• No collecting sensitive data (health, financial account numbers, government IDs) through qualifiers.
• No spam, malware, phishing, or attempts to compromise the service.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules; we'll warn you first except in severe cases.

AI features produce suggestions from the context you provide. Review AI output before publishing — you are responsible for claims your published qualifiers make about your business.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided by email at hello@formier.co with responses typically within one business day.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost leads.

You may cancel at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms. After termination we retain your data for 90 days for export, then delete it.

We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before taking effect.
